Apartments are designed primarily for elderly residents. Admission is subject to a brief health assessment, completion of admission paperwork, and acceptance of our Resident Handbook.স্টুডিও অ্যাপার্টমেন্টসমূহ মূলত প্রবীণ নাগরিকদের জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে। আরসিআই-তে ভর্তি সংক্ষিপ্ত স্বাস্থ্য মূল্যায়ন, ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত নথিপত্র পূরণ এবং আমাদের রেসিডেন্ট হ্যান্ডবুক (নিবাসী নির্দেশিকা) মেনে নেওয়ার সাপেক্ষে সম্পন্ন হবে।

ARCI reserves the right to decline or end residency where a resident requires care that exceeds the scope of our facilities, where conduct endangers other residents, or where contractual dues remain unpaid.আরসিআই যেকোনো সময় কোনো নিবাসীর বসবাস বাতিল বা ভর্তি প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে যদি নিবাসীর প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা আমাদের সামর্থ্যের বাইরে চলে যায়, নিবাসীর আচরণ অন্য নিবাসীদের জন্য ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ হয়, অথবা চুক্তিবদ্ধ পাওনা পরিশোধ না করা হয়।

The 50-bed ARCI Medical Center provides routine, specialist, and 24/7 emergency geriatric care. ARCI reserves the right to revise fees with no less than 60 days' written notice to existing residents and shareholders.আরসিআই ন্যূনতম ৬০ দিনের লিখিত নোটিশ প্রদান সাপেক্ষে বিদ্যমান নিবাসী ও শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য ফি পুনর্নির্ধারণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Visitors must register at the security desk and follow campus visiting hours. ARCI reserves the right to deny entry where security or resident wellbeing may be compromised.দর্শনার্থীদের অবশ্যই সিকিউরিটি ডেস্কে নাম নিবন্ধন করতে হবে এবং ক্যাম্পাসের দর্শনার্থী সময়সূচী মেনে চলতে হবে। নিরাপত্তা বা নিবাসীদের শান্তি বিঘ্নিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকলে আরসিআই যেকোনো দর্শনার্থীর প্রবেশাধিকার প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারে।

Residents and visitors are expected to behave with respect toward staff, fellow residents and shared property. Smoking, alcohol, gambling and unlawful substances are strictly prohibited on the campus.নিবাসী এবং দর্শনার্থীদের স্টাফ, অন্যান্য নিবাসী এবং ক্যাম্পাসের সম্পত্তির প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করার আশা করা হয়। ক্যাম্পাসের ভেতরে ধূমপান, অ্যালকোহল, জুয়া এবং যেকোনো অবৈধ মাদকদ্রব্য কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
