A three-tier lounge system ensures residents always have a comfortable social space nearby — from intimate floor-level lounges shared between two rooms, to a grand 50-person central lounge with pantry.

- Type 2 (Wing Lounge)300 sq.ft., 1 per 50 rooms, 10 persons
- Type 3 (Central Lounge)2,000 sq.ft., 50 persons, pantry & toilets
